Caleb Aland

Coach Aland brings a wealth of experience and passion for football, having dedicated over a decade to developing young athletes. His coaching journey began in 2012 at Bay High School, where he focused on Special Teams and Wide Receivers. The following year, he took on the role of Junior Varsity Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at Mosley High School, where he honed his skills in offensive strategy.
In 2014, Coach Aland joined Troy University as a Student Assistant, initially working with quarterbacks before transitioning to wide receivers in 2015 and 2016. His commitment and expertise led him to a Graduate Assistant position at Troy, where he further refined his coaching acumen with the wide receiver group.
From 2019 to 2020, Coach Aland served as a Senior Offensive Analyst at Troy University, playing a pivotal role in shaping offensive game plans and strategies. In 2021, he moved to the Flathead Valley and to Flathead High School to become the Quarterbacks Coach, and in 2022, he stepped up as the Head Football Coach.
With a focus on mentorship, skill development, and building a winning culture, Coach Aland is dedicated to fostering both athletic and personal growth in his players, ensuring they are well-prepared for success on and off the field.
